Nothing wrong. You might need VLC media player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ . Once downloaded and opened, click on Media , then click on file. A window will open up . Place your match link (it is located inside your account when you sign in ) where it says file name and then click Open. It should start playing.

Q. Do I need window media player to watch the game ?

Yes - You will need a window media player plugin installed into your browser to watch live games and replays Or you can copy and paste your personal match link in your browser and window media player in your system will open up. Window media player plugin installation takes less than 30 seconds.
