Service Providers Guide
Creating your profile
  • To submit your proposal for Work, you must sign up for WTW membership provider.
  • At the middle of www.workthisway.com home page, you need to click on I am a Service Provider button
  • Sign up page will open, which asks you to enter Email Address, Password and another of Password for verification.
  • Review the terms of condition and Mark the check box.
  • Press continue.
  • Conformation of login creation will sent to you on your prescribed email address
  • You will find a link in your email, which will further guide you to personal information form. After filling the all the text fields, click continue. Pop-up window will appear which shows the personal information you have entered.
  • Selecting an interested category from the drop down menu will allow you tochoose interests in different fields and if you do no select your field of interest, your profile will not be considered completed as will not be seen by the potential employers.
  • Click on this Submit button and will create your profile by adding text to experience, Work applications, and a cover page of your resume.
Finding Work
  • "Search jobs" tab Work efficiently as a complete search for finding Work available. Selecting a button related to your interested field will gives you list of Work. For example if you choose Creative Design & Multimedia button, the below web page will open that shows the current Work opening regarding this field.
Working with employer
  • If you are selected by the employer for a specific Work, he will take your interview and if you satisfy for the Work, you will be hired. An email notification regarding Work and agreeing terms will be sent to you.
Getting paid
  • Quotes are mentioned against every Work title which can be settled through negotiations chat between a Service Provider and employer. Chatting software will allow you to have an online chat with employer about online Work information and quotations.
