Seeking MATURE COUPLE for full time on-site management of 250 unit mini storage. MUST be computer savvyorganized and capable of physical labor. Office Duties include: managing site softwareanswering phonesshowing unitscollecting rentspayablesmonthly statements and photographing/posting items for auctions. Property Management Duties include: opening/closing gates dailymaintaining buildingsgroundssnow/ice managementgarbage management and cleaning and repairing units.This is a live on site position.
