Login Creation
  • The home page of "workthisway" contains I AM AN EMPLOYER button. This directs you to employer registration page. If you are already a user, you may sign in with your existing name and password.
  • Enter email address, Password and Retype Password text fields.
  • Click the check box if you have clearly read all the terms of services.
  • Press continue
  • Authentication message will appear of email generation. This contains a link of employers registration form.
  • Employer Registration Form contains employers name, company’s name and address and other personal information.
  • Click on continue button after you have given your personal information. A pop-up window will appear as verification to your personal information you have entered. Next button will allow you to continue further.
  • Employer’s Dash Board allows you to search resumes with a key word specified in drop down menu.
  • Employer can edit his profile and can view all the Work posted.
Search Skills
  • Selecting a job seeking by his skill is innovative idea generated by WTW. Click on tab ‘Search Skill”. You will find buttons related to Work type’s categories, click on any one of the tab will gives you detail list of all Work available in the category. For example, if you click on BIOTECH,R&D & SCIENCE button, this will show you the jobs available in this category.
