How do you guys make money if everything is Free?

This website is a not for profit organization and currently being funded by the founder whose dream is to help as many people as possible in this jobless market. Beside this, we have several volunteers who are contributing towards this site at no cost. This site will be Free for life.

What information am I able to see about the Service providers?

Our individual Service Provider profiles include detailed information such as personal summary, related experience, resume, education etc. You can also view Service providers’ emails and phone number in case you want to contact them directly.

What does this whole thing work?

Step 1: Upon online profile completion, you will receive an email explaining how to activate your account.
Step 2: Login to our site
Step 3: Search the Service providers’ resumes or post a Work.

What types of Service providers are available on this site?

This site will provide you almost all type of skilled Service providers who are willing to work either on site or as a freelancer for your company.

Will the service provider be employee of our company or WorkThisWay?

Once you choose to hire a job seeker from our database, you will need to decide if they will be an employee or contractor of your company. That decision is solely up to you. Once that is determined, you will need to take the necessary steps in that direction.

Who will pay the Service Provider?

Since the Service Provider will be working for you and your company, you are responsible for compensating the service providers for their work. All of those details will need to be worked out between you and the service providers.

If a service provider is not a correct fit, what do I do?

You can repost the Work and hire different service providers. We highly recommend you to check the references before you hire a service provider.
